Email Notifications

The expiration notifications we send out are provided as a courtesy to our clients.

If your email address was entered on behalf of a student during registration for an open enrollment class, the expiration notice gets sent to you. We try our best to minimize the number of emails sent at the same time by merging multiple students onto one email notice. You may receive several emails at the same time if there is a variance between the students’ records of training date, type of program, or student type.

Not all students have an email address entered in our system which is why we also mail an expiration notification letter listing all students to the business mailing address following the email notification.
